Problem: Endurance Apparel's employees had expressed displeasure with the company's annual 5K race, citing lack of guidance by their team leadership, as well as experiencing training-based injuries themselves. 

Solution: An eLearning course was proposed, to provide supportive training guidance, free sports apparel, and supplemental materials for employees, to improve their overall experience with signing up for this event. In addition, this lead to increased sales and employee satisfaction with company support, per post-evaluation surveys.

Solution: A comprehensive eLearning course in Articulate Storyline is proposed, to provide supportive training guidance, free sports apparel, and supplemental materials for employees, to improve their overall experience with signing up for this event.

Problem: This 10-minute eLearning course was designed and developed within 1.5 weeks. 

Solution: Gamification, scripting, and voiceover included, to incorporate Levels 2-3 interactions for higher engagement by clients.

Problem: Stationary workstation workers experience various medical issues and productivity loss, due to lack of ergonomic setups.

Solution: Correct implementation of ergonomic best practices and workstation setups can decrease worker injuries and increase work productivity.

Problem: Adult learners at Fortitude Careers lacked knowledge of essential construction tools, within their in-person classes. Prerequisite skills with measuring and handling specific equipment, had been taught in earlier modules.

Solution: ILT and/or vILT module to efficiently teach this required knowledge, in order to progress in the Fortitude Careers curriculum.

Problem: Company workers were not organizing their Gmail inboxes efficiently, leading to less productivity due to missed deadlines and lost work. It was determined that taking the time to streamline these basic tech skills was required.

Solution: Scripted video tutorial to efficiently teach this important tech skill, in order to maximize the workers' email use.
